The most remarkable dishes are pure Chinese, according to owner Yulu Weng: Grilled Oysters with Black Beans and Steamed Codfish. The former consists of barbecue sauce, black beans, scallions and condiments create a piquant flavor. To keep the oysters fresh and clean, they are first boiled and then washed.

 

Of the Americanized Chinese dishes, Coconut Shrimp and Japanese Chicken are crowd pleasers. Seafood is another big hit with fresh oysters, shrimps, crab, scallops and mussels.
